At SUKUN, your peace of mind is our top priority.

Return Conditions:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• The product must be in its original condition (wick unlit, sand intact, packaging undamaged).
• If you receive a broken or defective product, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process (Money Back):

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund (via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay) within 3 business days, minus shipping costs (except in cases of manufacturing defects, where we cover shipping).
